Bringing Documents from Thailand to Korea

If you are submitting a document issued in Thailand to Korea, currently (before the Convention takes effect) it must go through both Thai-side certification and consular authentication at the Korean Embassy in Thailand.

Documents Issued by Thai Government Agencies

After certification from Thailand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Legalization Division (located in Bangkok), consular authentication at the Korean Embassy in Thailand is required.

Thai Notarized Private Documents

Private documents must first go through local Thai notarization procedures; the exact issuing agency and process must be confirmed.
