Apostille for a Korean Certificate of Corporate Registration: submitting it abroad
The Certificate of Corporate Registration (법인등기사항증명서, the corporate register extract) is a public document issued by the Supreme Court’s registry offices. It receives an Overseas Koreans Agency apostille without notarization, but it is not eligible for online e-Apostille, so the original issued for submission is applied for in person or by post.
This page covers documents issued in Korea. For documents issued in another country, see our guide to documents issued abroad. →
